Local People. Local Skills. Local Jobs.

Connecting college provision with employer demand and real employment opportunities.

Helping colleges turn skills into employment

Thousands of young people are missing out on the opportunities they need to build a future. For colleges, reaching and supporting 16–25-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) is both a growing priority and an opportunity to unlock new funding. Cidori partners with colleges to turn that opportunity into measurable impact. By connecting young people with college-led training, established employer relationships and real vacancies, we create pathways into employment in sectors including Construction, Housing and Education.

Together, we can reach more young people, secure positive destinations and strengthen the impact of local skills investment.
