We also encourage time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work, including office closure over the Christmas period and a day of birthday leave so employees can celebrate their special day.

We recognise commitment and contribution through an annual discretionary bonus, and we reward long-term dedication with additional annual leave after three and five years of service.
