Matt joins Cidori with over seven years’ experience in the apprenticeship and training sector. Throughout his career, he has held a range of roles including Regional Trainer, Engagement Lead, Account Manager and Business Development Manager. This breadth of experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of both programme delivery and commercial strategy, enabling him to support organisations from initial consultation through to measurable outcomes.
In his role at Cidori, Matt works closely with employers to strengthen their workforce development strategies through smart, fully funded apprenticeship and training solutions. He specialises in workforce development, apprenticeship funding, recruitment support and skills growth, helping organisations navigate what can often feel like a complex landscape. By simplifying funding processes, addressing compliance requirements and ensuring high-quality training delivery, Matt removes common barriers and creates clear, practical pathways for success.
