Oliver was unemployed before joining the Teaching Assistant programme and was looking to develop his skills and employment opportunities.
Oliver was enrolled by Cidori onto their partner college Colchester Institute delivered Teaching Assistant course and found it easy to access and got lots of support from fellow learners.
