Back Story
Global car seat maker Lear has been developing people for several years through an apprenticeship programme in partnership with Cidori. Learning has been delivered by Cidori partner, Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ (Apprenticeships) Barnet and Southgate College.

Zeeshan (seen below receiving his Distinction) wanted to strengthen his leadership capability & confidence – here’s what happened…
“I enjoyed learning practical leadership tools that I could apply in my role. This made the learning experience both enjoyable and impactful, giving me greater confidence and clarity in how I lead. I’m now making more objective choices, and placing greater emphasis on operating within our organisation’s values, making sure my actions, communication, and leadership style reflect the standards and expectations our company promotes.”
