Back Story
Junaed (pictured) was unemployed on universal credit when his local job centre told him about our construction course – he was happy to apply for it and found the process really straight forward.
Junaed was contacted by the Cidori team, completed the necessary documents and says they were very helpful. He was enrolled onto an ‘Introduction to Construction Skills’ 10 day online programme delivered by our partners at Barnet & Southgate College.

I found note taking was crucial but enjoyed this aspect of the course and really appreciated the tutor’s willingness to remain behind class when I needed some extra support.”

Learning Journey: When asked how he would rate the course, Junaed had no hesitation in giving it a 10/10, telling us that once he got onto the course he learned a lot. He found the tutor very helpful and enjoyed the course content – he describes the level of learning around the construction industry as “extremely interesting”.
Junaed has passed his CSCS test and is engaging with Cidori work coaches who will help him secure a full time position in construction with one of our employer partners!
Qualifications: Like all our candidates, Junaed has come away with a suite of recognised Level 1 qualifications plus his 5 year CSCS green card.
