“HRC are delighted to be working in partnership with Cidori. Construction is a priority sector for the UK economy, and we believe that this new partnership will help individuals move into a range of locally based, sustainable employment opportunities.”
“Colchester Institutes partnership with Cidori forms an important part of our strategy in providing adults access to real and current career opportunities. The intensive, high quality and accessible programme of study, allied with highly effective employer engagement and support of candidates into work from Cidori enables adults to learn all they need to know to secure and enter meaningful employment within the teaching support sector.”
“In the delivery of our adult skills budget, Kendal College works in partnership with Cidori. For more than 3 years we have enjoyed a productive collaboration as we help candidates into sustainable employment, providing them with the training, skills, and self-confidence they need. We believe that our teaching and learning delivery, together with Cidori’s employer engagement and support of candidates into work represents a powerful combination that enables us not only to deliver our AEB budget effectively but make a real difference to the lives of our learners – many of whom we would never reach ourselves.”
“I was chatting with our employment advisers and just wanted to feed back to you what the participants are saying. Everyone we have referred to you that has completed the teaching assistant course, comes into the office, and tells their EA’s that the course was amazing, and they come in so excited and motivated. So please let the Cidori team know that they are doing a fantastic job, and we will of course keep referring to you!”
“Runshaw College has been working successfully in partnership with Cidori since early 2023. We have found Cidori to be a truly ‘wrap around’ support service – driving excellent candidate referrals and IAG for our adult skills delivery and positive destinations for our learners. As an organisation they are always responsive to our requests with a high level of professionalism.
Our partnership brings an open and transparent working relationship, and as a new academic year gets underway Runshaw College looks forward to seeing continued positive outcomes in the career paths of our students.”
“Our strategic partnership, incorporating Cidori’s industry specific business development skills and Barnet and Southgate College’s educational and occupational expertise, has strengthened our reputation as a national preferred apprenticeship provider. Key to our success has been ensuring our apprenticeship provision is bespoke to individual business needs and supports our apprentices to not only achieve their apprenticeship but excel in their chosen career.”

GROWING TOGETHER
If you control an adult skills fund the video below is worth 20 minutes of your time. See why David Lord – National Chair at BACH British Association of Construction Heads and Head of Construction & Engineering at Burnley College summarises our support for FE colleges as “massive” and why he believes “something’s right in the recipe” with our partnership approach to successful adult education.
Working in partnership our intent is to develop and deliver learning that meets the needs of local, regional, and national employers.
Working together we have implemented learning content that reflects employers and learners needs and is delivered using our own in-house learning platform ‘My Learning Portal’ – see below for details.
The impact of this is shown in high qualification success rates with overall achievement above 90% and 65% of those who complete learning gaining a meaningful outcome (data supplied by partners).

“ We have now been using MLP as an online platform for our adult skills delivery for a year. We love the transparency it gives us both from an operational perspective; we can see immediately how engaged learners are, and the data drives registrations and supports tutors with access to enrolment and IA. From a quality point of view, both IQA and EQA have full access which is improving the level of feedback and assessment for learners to use to inform their achievement.”
