In Business for your Business.

Cidori is in business for people – whether pre-employment learners or apprentices, colleges or independent training organisations as well as employers and recruiters across multiple sectors.

We are a leading provider of a fully ‘wrap-around’ support provision for our college and employer partners that ignites careers by helping people into employment and transforms workplaces through apprenticeship programmes that drive up workplace performance.

We are passionate when it comes to supporting people into meaningful jobs or further learning destinations and we strongly believe that upskilling employed people through apprenticeships improves productivity, provides a sense of satisfaction and gives career progression confidence.

For this reason we’ve partnered with top colleges as we support them in their high quality delivery of teaching, learning and assessment, delivering on their adult skills and apprenticeship levy budgets.

CIDORI is a Japanese concept of precise interlocking pieces creating a surprisingly strong, yet flexible joint – that’s us – we work to strengthen what lies at the heart of what we ‘re about – people.

Our People

Our people have years of ‘real world’ experience behind them and operate at the very top of their profession. Their combined wealth of experience, together with a cast iron commitment to first-class customer service, has positioned Cidori as a leading supplier of bespoke learning and development solutions.
