Supporting learners to take their next steps with confidence…
Cidori is delighted to welcome Pam Batchelor to the team as a new Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Officer.
Pam brings extensive experience from a varied career spanning customer service, healthcare and administration. Most recently working within healthcare services, Pam has also held a number of patient-facing and coordination roles within the NHS, developing strong skills in communication, organisation and supporting people with a wide range of needs.
Earlier in her career, Pam spent more than 13 years with West Midlands Trains as a Senior Conductor, providing frontline customer service and helping passengers with journey enquiries and disruption while taking responsibility for customer and operational safety.
This breadth of experience will be invaluable in Pam’s new role – providing information, advice and guidance to help individuals understand their options, access the right support and take positive steps towards learning and employment.
Outside work, Pam is also a keen triathlete, having competed for 15 years in the UK and overseas – including completing an Ironman long-distance triathlon in Austria!
We’re delighted to welcome Pam and wish her every success in her new role.
