Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship

Associate project managers are key to enabling organisations meet their business goals.
Ideal for Assistant or Junior Project Managers or Project Support team members, Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship will:

✔ Improve planning, risk & delivery
✔ Turn real projects into measurable business impact
Programme Length:
18 Months plus 5 months EPA Gateway
Functional Skills:
Level 2 in English & maths is to be completed, if required.
Progress Reviews:
Progress reviews occur every 10-12 weeks and are a mandatory requirement. There must be a manager or mentor present at each review.
Qualifications:
- Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard
Delivery and Assessment:
Learning and assessment will take place online with a dedicated college partner tutor and will consist of:
- Teaching sessions, practical activities, access to online resources
- Presentations and mock assessments
Off the Job Training:
This training must equate to a minimum of 6 hours per week for the duration of the apprenticeship programme (not including functional skills). It can be delivered flexibly e.g. weekly, fortnightly, monthly or block release.

Progression:
A very natural next step is progression onto:
- Level 6 Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship
- Level 4/5 Improvement or Change-focused programmes (if specialising in transformation)
This apprenticeship aligns with Association for Project Management for Associate Membership.
End Point Assessment:
Learners will undertake an End Point Assessment at the end of their practical training period. The EPA will consist of the following elements, each of which will be graded individually. Learners will then be awarded an overall grade of a fail, pass or distinction.
