Cidori is pleased to announce the launch of the Senior Housing Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship, further strengthening our growing portfolio of employer-focused apprenticeship programmes delivered in partnership with Barnet Southgate College, rated Outstanding for Apprenticeships.
Designed for housing associations, local authorities and registered providers, this programme helps organisations develop confident, capable housing managers who can lead teams, improve services and respond effectively to the increasing demands of today’s housing sector.
The apprenticeship develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to manage housing services professionally, balancing operational performance with customer service, compliance and community impact. Learners gain practical expertise in areas including housing legislation, tenancy and neighbourhood management, resident engagement, safeguarding, leadership, service improvement and managing organisational change.
As with all Cidori apprenticeship programmes, learning is directly aligned to each employer’s priorities. Apprentices apply their learning through workplace-based improvement projects that address genuine organisational challenges, helping employers realise measurable business benefits while developing future leaders.
