Back Story
Jonathan (pictured right) was unemployed and desperate due to lack of help provided by the benefits system. He had worked in construction but was unable to find work through his normal channels – he had needed a string of hospital visits and was struggling to secure employment.
He was referred to and enrolled onto an ‘Introduction
to Construction Skills’ 10 day online programme delivered by
Cidori partners Barnet and Southgate College.
Whilst the course provided the certificates to return to work,
Jonathan was uncertain whether Cidori would take the final step
and introduce him to a potential employer.

Journey Since Learning: Jonathan passed his CSCS test & was referred to Cidori employer partner Taylor Wimpey, who introduced Jonathan to their subcontractor, Laser Electrical where he is now employed full time.
Qualifications: Like all our candidates, Jonathan has come away with a suite of recognised Level 1 qualifications plus his 5 year CSCS green card.
