Stewart plays a key role in driving our impact. From providing operational direction to Business Development Managers, to supporting regional teams in achieving candidate referrals, job outcomes and employer engagement – his focus is always the same: creating real opportunities for people.
Working closely with college partners, employers and colleagues across the business, Stewart helps ensure every programme delivers what matters most – progression into work.
But for Stewart, it’s more than targets and performance.
It’s about people.
With a strong background in recruitment, Stewart has spent years connecting individuals with opportunities – understanding what employers need, identifying talent, and helping people take the next step.
Cidori gave him the chance to take that one step further.
