Cidori’s business development & matrix trained teams become an extension of yours. We provide IAG, career guidance and initial assessment for all candidates referred to us from our strong JCP network & other partners across England.
Your Delivery
You deliver learning with your staff and systems – using Cidori’s bespoke learning platform ‘My Learning Portal’ and materials created in partnership. This allows you to stay in control of quality, teaching, learning & assessment.

Working with you and in response to local labour market demand, we will co-develop sector based academy programmes & pre-employment training content. Typically this will be tailored to a growth sector such as Warehousing & Logistics, Customer Service or Hospitality.
We will complement your College delivery skill set by contributing labour market intelligence, learner engagement strategies via our strong national JCP relationships, tutor content & learning materials plus employability components.
This will ensure a cohesive learning experience aligned with employer expectations, increasing both job outcomes and learner satisfaction.
IAG & Enrolment
Cidori’s business development and Matrix-trained teams are designed to seamlessly integrate with your organisation, becoming an extension of your own team, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and our college or education partner.
We conduct 1-2-1 interviews with all candidates to ensure eligibility and a ‘right candidate, right course’ approach at all times.
Our teams provide tailored Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to all candidates referred to us through our extensive Job Centre Plus (JCP) network and other strategic partners across England.
This guidance is crucial in helping candidates navigate their career options, make informed decisions, and plan their next steps in their learning journeys.
