Developing new college partnerships at the AoC Conference
Great to see Commercial Director Kate O’Callaghan and Business Development Manager Paul Woolley (next to Kate) from Cidori along with our group colleagues from ETA at this year’s AoC Annual Conference!
AoC membership forms a key element of the Cidori mission to be recognised as one of the leading support specialists in pre-employment and apprenticeship training.
Working closely with our education partners to utilise Adult Skills/Skills Bootcamp funding we find and help candidates into partner delivered learning and support them into employment or other positive destinations.
We also engage with businesses of all shapes & sizes to help them reap the benefits of funded, partner delivered apprenticeship programmes – upskilling existing employees with tangible, measurable outcomes for the business and its people.
It’s been a great couple of days and has resulted in some serious conversations about our college partnership model – and joining us on the journey!
