Cidori are delighted to be working with our partners at Buckinghamshire College Group to drive forward Skills Bootcamps in both Bricklaying Skills and Property Management Skills for the residents of Buckinghamshire!
Bricklaying Skills
Bootcamp includes the skills needed for bricklayers to work independently and construct simple walls. Attendees will also gain their CSCS Card (subject to passing test and application fee), and first Aid at Work qualifications. Content is aligned to the Level 2 Bricklayer apprenticeship standard, enabling progression to an accelerated apprenticeship.
Property Management Skills
Property Maintenance Skills Bootcamp includes progression either to employment in caretaker/property maintenance vacancies or into self-employed work as a ‘handyperson’. Skills delivered include basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Content is aligned to the Level 2 Property Maintenance apprenticeship standard. Learners will also achieve a CSCS Card (subject to passing test and application fee), and First Aid at Work qualification.
Skills Bootcamps are a great way to build a career in construction, with fully funded* and flexible training co-designed with employers to respond to skills shortages.
With a mix of college and online learning, easy enrolment and tutor led training they will help people into genuine job opportunities & real support into work!
