Our client Thorlux has been designing, manufacturing and supplying professional lighting systems since 1936.
We’re pleased to share the outstanding results from our ongoing apprenticeship programme at Thorlux, delivered in collaboration by our partners Barnet Southgate College— Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ provider for Apprenticeships. This latest cohort of Thorlux apprentices have successfully completed their Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeships, each achieving a distinction. Impressively, they also delivered 29 documented improvement activities over the course of the programme—well above the expected two per learner. These initiatives have delivered measurable value and operational improvements for Thorlux.
