VIEW FROM THE TOP
“Rejuvenating Lean Manufacturing in Triton is paramount in our ongoing drive for Operational excellence; and at the heart of this is our people. Launching ‘LEAPT’ will not only provide our people with the tools to drive change, but it will also reward them for doing so. Finding the right training partners for the LMO apprenticeship was critical in deploying this successfully. We are delighted to be working with Cidori and Barnet Southgate College and the feedback from our colleagues has been resoundingly positive.”
