THE COURSE
Eddie had been in and out of work for a while & saw some information in his local JCP about training & job opportunities in Construction. He was initially sceptical about the course but decided to give it a go & enrolled onto the Cidori-Barnet Southgate College 10 day online ‘Introduction to Construction Skills’ course, delivered by Barnet Southgate College.
PROGRESSION
Eddie completed the course and passed his CSCS test with a 95% score. Cidori work coaches supported Eddie & once he got his CSCS card he received multiple offers of employment. He went straight into employment with O’Neill & Brennan – starting as a labourer and will soon start training for driving machinery.
JOURNEY SINCE LEARNING
Eddie has secured a full time position with Cidori construction employer partner O’Neill & Brennan.

Like all our candidates, Eddie has come away with a suite of recognised Level 1 qualifications plus his CSCS card

Eddie has also gained a range of personal social & resilience skills along with work skills that will help him in his future career – we wish him every success!
