Far from being just an extra person to fetch & carry, teaching assistants need initiative and play an important learning support role – in schools and colleges. This is an intensive course, and a great way to get your TA qualifications!
Entry Requirements
- Age 19+ before 31 August 2024
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C (4) or above desirable
- Earning below £20,319 per year or in receipt of any of these benefits:
JSA/ESA/UC/Income Support - Passport, Driving Licence or Birth Certificate
- Commitment to additional work outside class times required to complete the qualifications
- Laptop/PC essential (no smart phones/tablets please)
- UK resident 3 years minimum
